FHP Property Consultants, acting on behalf of private clients are delighted to announce the sale of the ML Automotive Unit, Griffon Road on Quarryhill Industrial Estate, Ilkeston.
Amid stiff competition, the property has been secured by KB Packaging Ltd, a well-established packaging business currently located across the road on Merlin Way. The company had been in the market for another warehouse to facilitate their expansion plans and this opportunity being in such close proximity was too good to turn down.
