FHP have sold the former Argos in Canning Street, Burnley with vacant possession. Located opposite Burnley College and with other occupiers in the vicinity including Asda and McDonalds, the building extended to over 10,500ft² with the benefit of car parking and secure delivery area.

Doug Tweedie, Head of FHP’s Birmingham office, commented:

“We were delighted to sell 11 Canning Street on behalf of a private property fund to a northwest based investor/developer. Having been let to Argos for almost 20 years, we look forward to seeing new life being brought to the building under its new ownership.

We were delighted to act on behalf of the private property fund, and we would like to thank Mike Hayhoe of MVH Property Limited for acting on behalf of the purchaser.”
