Following the opening of LIDLs new flagship store at Brookside Road, Uttoxeter, FHP are pleased to announce the sale of the former Lidl store on Town Meadows Way in Uttoxeter.

This property comprised some 16,400ft² of retail space on 1.4 acres and has been sold to local property business AW Heritage Limited.

Phil Daniels of FHP who represented Lidl in the sale commented:

“This property generated strong interest from owner occupiers, developers and investors. Following a best bids process we are pleased to conclude a sale to AW Heritage Limited.”

AW Heritage Limited intend to convert the property into smaller units for let. AW were represented by Louis Taylor.
