Lucinda Hancock of FHP Property Consultants has recently finalised the letting of another unit at the Ropewalk Industrial Estate in Ilkeston to Prestige Retail (Midlands) Limited.
Prestige Retail (Midlands) Limited was already based in the local area and was enthusiastic to take up space within the close vicinity of Ilkeston to accommodate their expanding business which marks another positive story for the local economy.

“Towards the end of 2014 we have noticed a marked increase in enquiries being received for industrial units less than 2,000ft² which we have been able to accommodate at the Ropewalk estate.
We are currently bringing forwards good levels of interest on similar units which could further reduce the availability of sub 2,000ft² light industrial space in the market”.
