PLATINUM LEASE AT BOOTHS!

Acting on behalf of a retained client, FHP are delighted to announce the recent letting at Booths Industrial Estate to Platinum Gym Fitness.  The property which extends to 4,272ft² has been let for a term of 10 years by way of a full repairing and insuring lease.

Platinum Gym Fitness is a start-up business in Ilkeston which has now been open for just over a month.  The gym was opened predominately for male users in addition to the ladies gym that opened on site after the Christmas period.
