Planning has now been granted by Ashfield District Council for Rotherhill Developments Ltd to transform the former C P Berry site on Daniels Way in Hucknall. Planning has been approved for substantial refurbishment of the existing industrial unit and delivery of new industrial units within the 0.9-acre site.

Daniels Way is an established industrial location in Hucknall and provides excellent access to both Junction 26 and 27 of the M1 Motorway and offers excellent public transport along Watnall Road.
