FHP Property Consultants are delighted to announce the letting of the 4th Floor at Pearl House which has recently been taken by Reed Specialist Recruitment Limited who have moved from King Street in Nottingham City Centre.

This marks the latest in a string of office deals in Nottingham City Centre on multi-let offices which is reducing the availability of stock further.
Mark Tomlinson of FHP Property Consultants commented:-

“Shortly following the expiry of the previous lease and before we could even commence a refurbishment on the space we brought forward interest from Reed Recruitment for the building and the deal was completed from the initial viewing to completion of the lease in a matter of 4 weeks. Such is the lack of availability of good quality office space of this size in Nottingham City Centre we were able to obtain a strong deal on behalf of the Landlords”.

With full occupancy now achieved at The Pearl and also at Bridlesmith House and the city centre office levels are ever decreasing. As a result we hope to see rents increase and greater appetite amongst Landlords to refurbish existing buildings instead of turning to the student residential market, which has been a major theme in Nottingham city centre.
