FHP Property Consultants and Savills have been instructed by McCann Homes from Milton Keynes to sell a site fronting the River Trent at Colwick.

David Hargreaves, Founding Director of FHP and FHP Living, said:

“This is one of the best sites in Nottingham with stunning views of the River Trent across to Lady Bay.  To one side of the development site is the hugely successful River Crescent development comprising 134 apartments where prices of £350-£400/sq ft are achieved on a regular basis, and to the other side is the successful new development by Blueprint known as Trent Basin.

The scheme has detailed Planning Consent for 81 apartments, all of which will have stunning views over the River Trent.

The site is now being fully marketed by FHP, FHP Waterside Living and Savills, and strong interest is expected.

It is hope that the site will be sold by the end of 2017 and that completion of the development will be early 2019.  The anticipated end value of the development will be in the region of £23,000,000 – £25,000,000.
