NOTTINGHAM’S FORMER TRAM DEPOT TO BECOME CLIMBING CENTRE

FHP Property Consultants are delighted to announce the letting of the former Tram Depot on King Edward Street in Nottingham City Centre. The property comprises a substantial Victorian former Tram Depot previously used in conjunction with Nottingham’s original tram system in the late 19^th Century. This 10,000ft² building will now be put to good use as a new bouldering and climbing centre and will undergo a comprehensive refurbishment and fit out for this purpose over the coming months.

The climbing centre will be set up by the Yorkshire Climbing Company Limited, who already have a successful operation in Leeds and saw the opportunity for expansion within Nottingham.
