FHP Property Consultants have recently completed the sales of two fantastic office opportunities at Edison Village on Nottingham’s Science Park. Offering the purchasers both the luxury of being close to the city centre but also the ring road, the location is conveniently accessible to both staff and visitors alike.

Unit 4 has been snapped up by Turning Point UK, a well-established management consultancy who had been looking to purchase an office for a while, however couldn’t seem to find the right one. This unit ticked all the boxes and offered them refurbished accommodation situated over two floors with generous parking facilities.

Unit 11 has been bought by Acres Architecture, an expanding practice who were looking for an opportunity to move to an office that they could really put their stamp on in terms of a bespoke internal fit out, this one fortunately fitting the bill perfectly.
