Acting on behalf of private clients, Tim Gilbertson of FHP is pleased to confirm the completion of a significant deal on Bull Close Road, just off Lenton Lane, Nottingham’s Ring Road.
The deal agreed has bucked the trend in today’s market as both parties were delighted to agree a long term lease for 15 years due to the quality of space and location available.
Tim Gilbertson commented:
“Having previously let this building a few years ago our clients contacted me to progress marketing and I was delighted as even given the ongoing difficulties in the commercial property market, the quality of this building and its unrivalled location meant that interest would always be strong.
Even more pleasing though was that without even needing to market the premises actively, from our existing market knowledge and contacts we were able to quickly put the opportunity in front of the eventual occupier via their agent Sean Bremner of LSH, who jumped at the chance to take such a rare opportunity of warehouse, high quality offices and large yard in a prime location.
Terms were quickly agreed in a deal which is fair to all parties and the long term letting which followed subsequently reflects the quality of space and our clients flexible attitude.”
Tim Gilbertson commented further:
“This deal vindicates my long held belief that any building which is presented well and has the benefit of a large yard will always be a sought after commodity in Nottingham as yard space is at such a premium and there are a number of unfulfilled requirements for accommodation such as the subject building where good quality warehouse space benefits from secure external areas. I hope to bring to the market later in the year similar opportunities which will no doubt again be well received and hopefully stimulate further the local economy.”
