In a market starved of good quality warehouse space, Tim Gilbertson has completed the swift disposal of over 35,000ft² of good quality warehouse space at Carlton-on-Trent, just off the A1 north of Newark.

A rare visitor to the market, this building was snapped up by an expanding local company with a deal agreed whilst the former occupier was still in situ and the new occupier now taking occupation literally a couple of weeks post vacation of the former tenant.
