Acting on behalf of Reflective Designs, following their relocation and expansion to new premises towards the end of 2012, Tim Gilbertson of FHP is pleased to confirm the letting of their former building on Nottingham South & Wilford Industrial Estate. 

As ever, this popular location proved a draw to tenants and once identified, a deal with the eventual new occupier was quickly confirmed.  The new occupiers, W R Bloodworth & Sons are themselves expanding and relocating and the speed of the deal suited both parties, enabling Bloodworth to be up and trading for the start of January.

Tim Gilbertson of FHP who dealt with the letting commented:

“Having acted on behalf of Reflective Designs for some time, it was a pleasure to see this deal agreed and complete following agreement of terms. 

Yet again Nottingham South’s popularity, even in a difficult market, has enabled us to secure a good quality tenant and hopefully the building will serve both landlord and tenant well for the future.

With stock levels diminishing and hopefully demand increasing in the New Year, I would be delighted to speak to any other potential landlords or vendors wanting to sell or let their premises as I am cautiously optimistic that 2013 may bring increased activity in the industrial and warehouse sector.
