Construction commenced earlier in the year on the final phase of the successful Victory Park development, which is situated next door to the Rolls-Royce civil aerospace campus in Derby.

Two units are now nearing completion. Unit 14 of 13,500 ft² is a bespoke-build for Scitek Consultants, who are relocating there as part of their expansion within the City.

Unit 15 has been speculatively constructed and is available for sale or to let. The building extends to 12,770 ft² and sits on its own self-contained plot with generous yard and direct access from Victory Road. Construction is due to start shortly on Unit 13, which is 28,000 ft², again, on a self-contained site, with generous parking and loading area.
