FHP’s commercial management team, along with landlord Verona Props Limited are pleased to announce the management of our new site at Tanners Gate, located in Kettering town centre.

The site comprises over 23,500 sq ft of commercial retail space and is currently divided into four units. There is also a car park with ANPR cameras and landscaped gardens.

Simon Marlow, Property Management Surveyor at FHP commented “we are very excited to be working in partnership with Verona Props Limited to manage this retail park in Kettering. The site is modern with a great selection of tenants, in a central location and we look forward to working with the client in managing their latest property asset, having acquired the property from Threadneedle Investments earlier this year.”
