FHP are pleased to confirm the letting of 34/35 Sadler Gate, Derby to The Brooklyn Social.
The new American concept bar is due to open towards the end of April, and work has already begun on transforming the Grade II listed building.
Dan Ellis, one of the director’s comments:
“With an eclectic selection of character filled premium cocktails, super relaxed dining in the form of prime locally sourced burgers and an unparalleled selection of exquisite beers from across the globe, The Brooklyn Social is a unique bar and kitchen space, to eat, drink and socialise at any time of the day”.
Born and raised in Derby, manager Tom Warner grew up working in bars, saving to fulfil a childhood dream of travelling America after university. It was there his eyes were opened to the immersive culture of dive bars and casual American drinking, that he now hopes to bring to home to Derby via the bright lights of London.
Darran Severn from FHP comments:
“I am delighted to bring this exciting concept to Sadler Gate and believe this will complement the current offering of the area. Sadler Gate has proved very popular with local occupiers and we are seeing increased activity on this street.”
