NEW ARRIVALS AT FHP’S DERBY OFFICE!

Award winning Property Consultancy firm, FHP Property Consultants are pleased to announce the arrival of two new members of staff into their office on Pride Park.  Laura West is moving across from the Nottingham Office of FHP and will be leading up the Industrial and Office Agency Department.  Laura has been with FHP for over 3 years having recently been promoted to Associate Director.  Laura’s remit is to continue to expand FHP’s presence in these key commercial property sectors within the Derbyshire market.

Laura West commented:-

“I am excited with the new opportunities that the move to our Derby Office has to offer.  Over the last 18 months I have personally completed in excess of 100 transactions, the majority of which have been within Derbyshire.  The move to the Derby Office has been a natural progression and I am thrilled to have been promoted to both head of the agency department and Associate Director for FHP all in one week. 

We have a driven and energetic team at both offices which is great to be a part of.  Having been awarded Estates Gazette winners for both counties in 2013 further confirms our dedication and commitment to realising the full potential in your property”

In addition, Hannah Bailey has also joined the Derby Office of FHP having recently graduated from Northumbria University with a First Class Honours Degree in Estate Management. 

Hannah Bailey of FHP commented “Upon leaving university it was always my intention to try and find a graduate position with a firm close to my hometown of Ashbourne, and so I am delighted to have joined the Derby office of FHP, one of the East Midlands leading Property Consultancies.  I hope to build upon my experience gained at Eddisons and work towards becoming Chartered by completing the Assessment of Professional Competence”.
