FHP Property Consultants, acting on behalf of a retained client are delighted to announce the letting of the Unit C, Merlin Way, Ilkeston to Navitas Digital Safety Ltd.

Due to a lack of stock, we are seeing real appetite for smaller units among local occupiers and therefore I wasn’t surprised this unit wasn’t on the market for long!”
