Acting for Cardzone, Tom Wragg has agreed terms to renew their lease in this popular neighbourhood retail parade just a few miles from Derby City Centre.
Tom Wragg, Associate Director at FHP commented:
“Cardzone are a well-loved family owned brand and a longstanding client of FHP, so I am pleased to have been able to negotiate terms for them to continue in this location. Rents in Chaddesden have remained pretty solid with limited vacancy and it remains a sought after location however, we were able to negotiate renewal terms that included a rent free incentive”.
