FHP are delighted to have secured a deal with My Spa UK Limited who have recently completed their lease for a unit on Thornborough Road, Coalville. My Spa Ltd are a fast growing company who have been in the market seeking bigger premises to continue their expansion plan. The unit comprised circa 3,300 sq. ft of warehouse, office and ancillary accommodation with a generous level of parking to the front of the property. Located on Comet Way in central Coalville, the unit provided direct links to the A511 to J22 of the M1 and was situated on an established industrial estate with a variety of occupiers.
My Spa were one of the first enquiries on the unit and managed to secure a deal within the first few weeks of it being on the market, a great result for all parties involved. The level of enquiries remained strong for the unit and continued even when the unit was marked as under offer, showing that there is a high level of demand within Coalville against the lack of stock that continues to be the case throughout the industrial sector.
