The Retail & Leisure team at FHP have confirmed the letting of the former Works Night Club accommodation in The Cornerhouse to Red Hot Buffet.
The ground and lower ground floor accommodation totals approximately 25,000 sq ft, opposite Trinity Square and between Pizza Hut and Tamatanga.
Red Hot Buffet, who operate a number of substantial buffet facilities around the country, are looking to commence fit out works in September. When finished, it will be the largest restaurant in Nottingham with scope to accommodate up to 700 diners at any one time.
David Hargreaves, who brokered the letting with Martin Herbert at Lambert Smith Hampton’s Leicester Office, confirmed that Red Hot Buffet will open in the New Year and will be a massive benefit to The Cornerhouse. David Hargreaves confirmed that the buffet sector has seen spectacular growth over the past 5 or 6 years and that several other buffet operators were also interested in taking the 23,000 sq ft unit.
Red Hot Buffet currently have a restaurant in Hockley and large restaurants in Liverpool One, Leeds, Manchester, Milton Keynes, Northampton and Cardiff.
