Nottingham’s leading leisure and restaurant business, Fletcher Gate Industries, have secured their 7th Nottingham venue in the former Jamie’s Italian at 24-26 Low Pavement, Nottingham.
Magic Garden is opening in the former Jamie’s Italian premises, a Grade II Listed Georgian building with south facing terrace and rear garden in the heart of Nottingham city centre.
Magic Garden has been developed by the creative minds behind Hockley Arts Club, Penny Lane and Das Kino and are proud to present this new project as they transform the idyllic garden and property in the heart of Nottingham’s Lace Market.
Alan Pearson of FHP commented:-
“Fletcher Gate Industries are an established bar and restaurant operator in Nottingham with a track record of success and this made it an easy decision for my client to proceed with them in what was a seamless transaction over the period of 3 weeks, enabling them to open as the country came out of lockdown.
The venue has been very successful since its opening on 4th July, as people have sought to take advantage of the sun drenched (when the UK’s weather permits) south facing garden, a hidden gem in Nottingham’s city centre.”
Adam Pereira of Fletcher Gate Industries commented:-
“We are delighted to have opened our 7th venue in the city, we were drawn to the property due to its idyllic garden and truly beautiful Grade II Listed building to create a venue for the post Covid world. The garden features Chinese lanterns, glitter balls, ribbons and bunting, and will feature an outside cinema over August. The venue is well spaced for social distancing and allows for 196 people in the garden plus more inside, where we offer cocktails, beer, cider and spirits, alongside stonebaked pizza and a selection of summer influenced nibbles.”
