FHP Property Consultants acting on behalf of a private property company landlord have let 75 High Street, Alfreton to Ashgate Hospice Charity Shops, who are a Derbyshire based charity operating from Chesterfield.
The premises, which comprise ground floor sales of 2,160ft² together with first floor storage of 1,081ft² were let on a 10 year lease subject to a tenant only break option at the end of the fifth year on a stepped rent averaging £28,200 per annum.
Mark Bradley of FHP Property Consultants who acted for the landlord jointly with Ockleston Bailey of Chester commented:-
“We were pleased to secure this letting to Ashgate to assist with their expansion programme throughout Derbyshire. The size of the sales area suited their requirements ideally and the fact that our client had taken the initiative to put the premises in a condition ready for immediate occupation enabled the transaction to move swiftly once terms were agreed.”
