Acting on behalf of Spiritville Investments Ltd, Fisher Hargreaves Proctor has let 26 Biggin Street, Loughborough to Cardzone Ltd t/a Paper Kisses on a new 10 year full repairing and insuring lease at a rental of £35,000 per annum.
The premises comprise a retail unit containing 1,502ft² ground floor sales together with first floor storage of 1,452ft² occupying a good secondary location in the town centre close to Wilkinsons and The Rushes Shopping Centre.
The unit became vacant following the administration of Stylo Barratt who were formerly the occupiers and despite market conditions, there was a good level of interest resulting in keen competition from two potential occupiers with Cardzone eventually being the successful bidder.
