FHP are pleased to have completed on the successful letting of 32 Miall Street, the former Start Fresh site situated just off Ilkeston Road. The unit has been let to BM Wholesale Ltd who have been trading for over 10-years and looking to expand their business within Nottingham.
The unit comprised 4,358 sq. ft of warehouse accommodation with internal office, ancillary and storage space available on the first floor. The property was situated on a secure self-contained yard with car parking space available.
