FHP are delighted to have completed on the third floor suite letting at 55 Maid Marian Way to Metric Search Ltd. The suite comprised an open plan layout that had recently undergone an extensive refurbishment offering high quality office space situated within Nottingham City Centre. The suite generated a strong level of enquiries from the commencement of the marketing, and we managed to achieve a strong headline rent going forward for 55 Maid Marian Way. It is evident that there is continued demand for high quality office space within the City Centre and refurbishments are being pushed in order to generate more Grade A office supply.
