Acting on behalf of a private landlord, FHP have agreed a lease renewal with the Co-op for 2 Firs Parade ensuring the retailer continues their presence in the Derbyshire town and the landlord retains a valued tenant.

“I am pleased to have secured a good outcome in this lease renewal for my client to ensure their investment value is maintained and a high quality tenant retained on good terms. With the tenant having their own professional representation, the matter came down to a good understanding of the retail market in Matlock, the relevant case law and thorough research of the evidence which, being the prominent agent in the region, FHP are well placed to do. This then allowed both sides to reach an agreement with confidence.”
