Acting on behalf of Clients of BMO Real Estate FHP have negotiated the new lease being taken by University of Law at One Royal Standard Place.

This is the largest letting in Central Nottingham since 2015 and a genuine Inward Investment bringing a new occupier who will strengthen the depth of the legal profession within the City by providing both Graduate and Post Graduate courses and forging strong partnerships with the legal community regionally.

As always it is a pleasure working alongside our Joint Agents, JLL, and concluding the transaction with Mark Kleinman at James Andrew International who acted on behalf of University of Law.
