Fisher Hargreaves Proctor are pleased to announce that on behalf of Langham Park Developments we have been appointed to manage their new development on Berristow Lane, South Normanton.  

The site originally comprised of a large facility used by Filigree, one of the UK’s leading brand of lace, net and sheer curtain manufacturers, and is located just off Junction 28 of the M1.  Following the consolidation by Filigree of their manufacturing operations Langham Park Developments purchased the site and undertook an extensive refurbishment project and sub-divided the units to provide 5 self contained units of sizes ranging from 14,000ft² to 66,000ft².  Filigree and Skanska Construction UK Limited occupy two of the units, the remaining three are currently available.

David Powell, a surveyor in the property management department commented that “Fisher Hargreaves Proctor are once again delighted to be instructed by Langham Park Developments in the management of this site, which will once again allow our client to concentrate on their core business activities”.
