Former Club Broadway and previously Faces Nightclub, in Nottingham’s Lace Market at 8, 10 & 12 Broadway, will be re-occupied by new tenants, after FHP acted on behalf of landlords, Spenbeck, to secure a new lease.
New tenants, EDH Trading Limited, are remaining in the same sector, launching Volt nightclub to open this bank holiday weekend, 29th August. The property spans over three floors, encompassing the ground to the second floor, and has great proximity to other night venues, such as The Lacehouse, Broadway.
The rate of nightclub closures has gained momentum with their numbers halving in the past ten years, however keeping venues such as this occupied will have a positive impact, reducing the amount of total closures, whilst coinciding with the return of the University students.
Jack Shakespeare of FHP comments:
“The leisure scene in Nottingham is ever revolving and FHP’s role in securing new tenants for this nightclub venue ensures to maintain Nottingham’s diversity whilst meeting the needs of both thriving student and resident populations. We continue to actively work on behalf of landlords and tenants, to secure further leisure and retail lettings to benefit the city”.
FHP acted on behalf of landlords, Spenbeck, whilst EDH Trading Limited remained unrepresented.
