FHP are pleased to announce this successful transaction, which involved a letting, option to purchase and business sale, all wrapped up into one negotiation/agreement.  The entire site comprised of an MOT workshop, motorcycle testing facility, yard/car park, first floor offices, retail shop (Swit Swoo Fashion Boutique) and two bedroom apartment.

This off-market transaction involved putting together several elements and allows Lindleys Auto Centres to keep on growing, this branch taking them to branch number 9 and is being the start of their journey in Kirkby in Ashfield.

“I met with my client Tim Horton several months prior to marketing the unit and provided him with a full marketing report to arm him with all the facts and disposal strategies.  At the time he was in discussions with national agents who were not bringing forward any credible offers or interest. 

During that time I was completing a letting to Lindleys Auto Centres on Daleside Road in Nottingham and know their agent, Sean Bremner of CPP, very well.  I knew their desire to open new centres, and expand, so I made a phone call to Sean and we exchanged several emails.  Several months later this off-market transaction was concluded resulting in a happy client and enabling a fantastic local family business to carry on their successful expansion.
