Acting on behalf of Cubic Property Holdings Ltd (a subsidiary company of the Lace Market Properties Group), Fisher Hargreaves Proctor have secured the letting of Unit 3 Talbot Street, to Tiffany Johnson trading as J’Adore.

The development of Hanley House and North West, comprises of 151 apartments in total, of which 79 are let on AST’s, and 72 have been sold.  In the Atrium building, there is also some 43,000ft² of office accommodation, all of which will provde a captive market for J’Adore.

The unit provides some 500ft² of accommodation, and benefits from frontage to the busy City Centre access route of Talbot Street.
