Clowes Developments and their Agents, Phil Randle of Salloway and Tim Gilbertson of FHP, are delighted to confirm the handover of Fisher German’s new state of the art 15,000ft² office building at Ivanhoe Business Park, Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire.
The building was handed over to Fisher German on time and on budget, with Fisher German expected to start trading from their new base in early 2016.
The handover marks a significant moment for Clowes Developments, particularly as it coincides with the sale of the leasehold investment created through the deal to Azurie Blue Ltd.
More significantly though it is a landmark moment for Ivanhoe Business Park and indeed Ashby-de-la-Zouch as a whole, as Fisher German’s relocation to the park confirms its status as one of the region’s leading office, warehouse and distribution locations, whilst simultaneously seeing additional investment in the town and the retention of one of the area’s best known companies.
Handover of the building is a prelude to further new build office and warehouse units being handed over in 2016, as currently, with a further 6 buildings under construction, there will be a regular new supply of occupiers to the park and investment in the region over the coming months.
Standing proudly at the entrance to the Business Park, Fisher German’s new office is set to become a local landmark showcasing the quality of Ivanhoe Business Park and reflecting Fisher German’s standing.
