FHP are delighted to confirm the letting of Unit 26 Bakers Lane in Lichfield’s Three Spires Shopping Centre to Café Fortune, who will trade as international coffee house brand Starbucks.

“This is a particularly pleasing Asset Management move, having secured vacant possession of the space in order to deliver the letting. Really pleased to see Café Fortune and Starbucks pick the Three Spires Shopping Centre in Lichfield. The market is competitive, so an occupier choosing to invest in the Centre is a real testament to the tireless work the Centre Management Team undertake to make the Centre present so well.  The letting comes quickly off the back of securing Tesco Express in Unit 16, and with Units 17, 19 and 26a also under offer, it is really encouraging to see how much leasing activity we have at the moment under new owners LCP.
