Six of the 22 light industrial / warehouse units under construction at Headstocks Industrial Park, Watnall have already been let prior to the scheme being completed.
The 22 unit scheme provides a total of 113,000ft² of buildings with units ranging in size from 2,500ft² to 30,000ft² in total.
They are being constructed to a high standard, achieving an EPC A rating.
