Residential Land News
FHP LIVING and FHP Waterside Living have been appointed as the sole selling and lettings agent on The Waterside Apartments – the iconic former Rushcliffe Civic Centre on Trent Bridge.
As one of Nottingham’s most exclusive new riverside developments, designed by Leonard Design and developed by Harmony Bridge and Monk Estates, will have 121 apartments available in total with 82 for sale and 39 to let – ranging from one-bedroom apartments to three-bedroom duplex penthouse apartments. The scheme is expected to be complete by Christmas 2019.
“The panoramic views from the penthouses and the top floors are absolutely amazing while the lower floors provide a more intimate relationship with the river and the associated lifestyle – this development will be truly stunning and is going to be one of the hottest postcodes in Nottingham,” said Steve Parker, Director of New Homes, Land and Developments at FHP Waterside Living.
“We’re incredibly proud to be talking to people both from Nottingham, London, and across the UK about the available apartments – it’s a chance for people to buy a piece of the city’s history as well as being in a unique and exciting location.”
Sam Monk, Managing Director of Monk Estates Ltd, added: “FHP Living and FHP Waterside Living was selected as the sole agent due to its strong reputation and unrivalled local knowledge. The team is well-recognised across the city and deliver a high-level of customer service; having the dedicated waterside team demonstrates their experience in marketing a development of this type.”
David Hargreaves, Managing Director of FHP Living, said: “The Waterside Apartments is a significant piece of the exciting regeneration taking place along the Trent to transform underused sites into stunning residential communities.
“Living along the river offers a lifestyle not available anywhere else; a relaxing waterside environment with a focus on leisure within walking distance to the bustling social scene of West Bridgford and a short commute to the city and main business hubs.
“Interest in this scheme has already been incredibly strong with more than 300 people registering interest and 80 people attending our first pre-launch event in August, so I would advise anyone who is considering finding out more to get in touch or attend one of our upcoming events.”
The second launch event is being held on the 20th September at Brewhouse & Kitchen on Trent Bridge at 7pm to explain more about the apartments available and the facilities on offer such as free use for residents of the business centre, exclusive terrace and roof garden area, serviced apartments, car club, concierge service and personal training gym.
To register for the September event, contact FHP Living on 0115 841 1155.
FHP Waterside Living is part of FHP Living; with three Nottingham offices, it is one of the city’s most active agencies with specialist teams covering the Park, Mapperley Park, Nottingham city centre, Bramcote, Wollaton, Beeston, West Bridgford and beyond.
