Following the letting to The Cotswold Company reported earlier this year, FHP are delighted to have acted jointly with Wareing & Company in bringing Sofas & Stuff to Leamington Spa to further bolster the homeware range available in the town.

Sofas & Stuff occupy a 5,500 sq ft corner unit fronting Warwick Street and is ideally positioned in the heart of the town centre, and adjacent to Chandos Street car park.

The store opened on 17^th September and is the final piece of the redevelopment of the former Peacocks store which has been completely remodelled in this joint venture between the private landlord and TAG Developments, who delivered 26 luxury apartments.
