Joint agents, Rumsey & Partners and Fisher Hargreaves Proctor, have completed a letting of a 10,000 sq ft retail unit at Queens Road, Beeston to T & J Morris t/a Home Bargains.
The unit, which benefits from some 49 car parking spaces, is adjacent to the Mecca Bingo Club which opened some 12 months ago.

The headline rent breaks back to £8.32/sq ft on a lease for 15 years.
The Project Managers, on behalf of the Fund that own the property, were Cranmer Investments of London.
