Acting on behalf of Nyland Graphics, Tim Gilbertson of FHP Property Consultants has completed the letting of Delves Road, Heanor Gate Industrial Estate following their recent relocation in a swift deal which has delighted Landlord and Tenant alike.

Having previously purchased the premises on Nyland Graphics’ behalf some years ago and having sold their original building nearly 12 years ago, it’s been a pleasure to act on behalf of Nyland Graphics again as Tim Gilbertson commented:-

“In this industry nothing makes you feel quite as old, but equally quite as satisfied, as selling or letting a building that you originally acquired for a client many years ago. It was a pleasure to act on behalf of Nyland Graphics again here as I advised them on the sale of their previous building some 12 years ago, and the acquisition of this property on Delves Road in Heanor Gate which has subsequently served them well. When they contacted me again to ask if I could assist with the disposal of the new premises as they were intending to relocate once more, I was delighted to assist and even more pleased to generate strong interest in the building from the start of our marketing campaign and agree a deal with the eventual tenants, Four D Rubber Company Limited, very shortly after marketing began.

An ideal result for all parties concerned, Nyland Graphics retained the premises and have a long term income on the building, Four D Rubber Company are able to expand and relocate into more modern, cost effective and superbly presented space, whilst I have been able to deal with a very valued and longstanding client once again even if doing so has made me feel even older than normal!

Being serious though, it shows again how well-presented space continues to let and sell well throughout the East Midlands and with this building having a large yard and car park that’s always an added benefit which almost automatically increases levels of demand.

I hope that in another 10 years’ time I’ll have the opportunity to relocate Nyland Graphics once again and wish their new Tenant great success in what has been a fabulous building over the years for my clients.”
