On behalf of a private client, FHP Property Consultants are delighted to complete the letting of Unit 4 & 5 Eagle Road located on Quarry Hill Industrial Estate in Ilkeston to Vaunt Design Ltd.

The property comprises a light industrial unit providing 2,262ft2 of warehouse, office storage and WC facilities. The premises is positioned just south of Ilkeston, providing excellent access to main road links such as A52 and J26 of the M1 Motorway.
