Alan Pearson, Associate Director of FHP Property Consultants has agreed the letting of 32 Wheeler Gate, Nottingham to Graham Penny Auctions on behalf of private clients.

Graham Penny Auctions have taken a new five year lease at a commencing rent of £30,000 per annum exclusive.  The unit comprises of a ground floor sales area of 545 ft² together with a total ancillary accommodation of 765 ft².
