GAMES WAREHOUSE SLOTS SWIFTLY INTO GRESHAM ROAD

FHP Property Consultants have recently acquired an industrial unit at Gresham Road, Derby, on behalf of gaming experts, Games Warehouse Limited.

The deal was brokered by Lucinda Hancock of FHP who commented:

“We have worked with Games Warehouse Limited for a number of years and having previously acquired their new offices at Pride Park a year ago, relocating their warehouse facility concludes their property strategy going forward.”

Games Warehouse Limited were enthusiastic to source an industrial unit within a relatively short timescale that would provide additional good quality storage space in close proximity to their existing offices.

Mike Walmisley of Innes England acted on behalf of the landlord and commented:

“We are very pleased to welcome Games Warehouse Limited to the estate with their aim to move their storage facility from Nottingham to nearer their Pride Park head office.”

Bernard Taylor, Finance Director of Games Warehouse Limited added:
