FHP Property Consultants are pleased to announce the letting of Unit 3C at Shipstones Business Centre in New Basford.

Following a large scale refurbishment of a range of offices and industrial properties at the Business Centre, Unit 3C, an open span warehouse unit, has now been let to the Blue Whale Spa.  Blue Whale Spa and are an online retailer of hot tubs and sauna rooms and have seen excellent demand for their products.

Shipstones Business Centre offers quality warehousing and office accommodation on a gated and landscaped site with extensive on site car parking and security services.  The units have all been recently refurbished to provide a high quality working environment which is also very presentable to visitors.
