FHP News
FHP Property Consultants are delighted to announce further expansion of their agency teams with the appointment of Amy Howard, a Master’s degree graduate from Nottingham Trent University. Amy joins us at an exciting time for the business where we are seeing growth in all sectors and will add to our aims of trying to provide the best possible service to clients new and old alike.
To work jointly in the office and industrial team and the retail and leisure team, Amy commented:
“I am delighted to have started my real estate career at FHP who I always viewed as one of the leading property consultants within the East Midlands. After just completing a Master’s degree in Real Estate at Nottingham Trent University, I am excited to progress within the property industry and I am sure that my future at FHP is bright with such a great set of people to work with. I am looking forward to growing my knowledge and gaining experience throughout all agency sectors whilst also working in other departments in the hope of passing my Assessment of Professional Competence in the coming years.
Initially, I will be dealing with the letting, sale and acquisition of properties in all sectors throughout Nottinghamshire and the East Midlands and after only a few days here, I’m already thoroughly enjoying my time and learning a lot already.”
Director Tim Gilbertson commented:
“I am delighted that we have found the need to be on the recruitment trail again and in Amy we think we have a terrific colleague who can help our business grow as well as developing and growing her own career. By taking on a role that will encompass all sectors of the property market on an agency basis, she is in a great position to gain an intimate and strong knowledge of the East Midlands property market and we look forward to supporting her development and watching her grow over the coming years.”
Director Alan Pearson added:
“Despite the widespread reports of the death of the High Street, this couldn’t be further from the truth. We have continued to experience good levels of enquires for retail and leisure properties throughout the Midlands leading to FHP being the 5th most active retail agent nationally in 2020. There is no doubt the High Street is evolving, and we continually strive to be at the forefront of this.
The ongoing transactional volumes has resulted in the need to expand our team to service our valued client, both new and existing. Amy is the 4th graduate FHP has appointed in the last 12 months across our offices in Nottingham, Birmingham and Derby, as we continue to invest into the next generation of talent in the region.”
