The start of 2015 has seen a flurry of lettings resulting in full occupancy at Ecclesbourne Park, Alfreton.

Ecclesbourne Park Industrial Estate is a popular estate of 16 industrial units arranged in three terraces providing a range of units of unit sizes from 2,900 ft² to nearly 10,000 ft².

Following the letting of Unit 9 to W King Precision and Unit 12 to Todays Wholesalers, the final unit of 9,968 ft² let within a very tight timescale.

“The rapid take-up of these 3 units is illustrative of the current market conditions, with well positioned modern premises securing tenants within a reasonably short timescale. We are now experiencing a supply side shortage, with few good quality units remaining available and a knock-on effect being a growth in rental figures”.

“Indeed, across the industrial sector we are seeing a shortage of good quality premises either for sale or to let and this is presenting a problem for companies looking to expand”.
