Following the recent letting of Unit A6 Cramner Road to FTT (UK) Limited, FHP have let the final unit to Comex 2000 Limited.

Unit A5 extends to some 5,526 ft² and was refurbished by the landlord to a high specification. Shortly following completion of these works, terms were agreed for a new lease to Comex who had a requirement for storage premises to complement their head office on Pride Park.
