FULL OCCUPANCY ACHIEVED ON ACORN BUSINESS PARK

Following the continued demand which we are seeing in the industrial market, FHP Property Consultants have now achieved full occupancy at Acorn Business Park following the letting to PGK Distribution Limited of the final units on the site.  The property had recently been refurbished to cater for modern requirements and a letting was agreed within a fortnight of the refurbishment being completed.

Some two years ago, we marketed a similar property on this estate and it took some nine months to find a tenant.  This property took just two weeks following the refurbishment of the premises.
