I am delighted to announce the successful sale of the Former Hakens Quality Foods unit on Greasley Street, Bulwell. The unit was fitted out by Hakens Quality Foods for the preparation of sandwiches, bespoke for food production and processing.

This unit was in excellent condition and ideal for a food-based purchaser allowing them to almost walk in on day 1 and commence production immediately.

The unit is situated in Bulwell in Nottingham, 4.5 miles in distance from the City Centre. Greasley Street being a well-established industrial location which connects to the A610 Nottingham Ring Road and provides good connectivity’s to Junction 26 of the M1 Motorway.
