FHP have one available unit remaining To Let at the Ropewalk Industrial Estate in Ilkeston. When FHP were appointed as Managing and Letting Agents two years ago 24% of the units were vacant and now following healthy take up of a range of different sized units over the previous months we are delighted that Unit D11 is the final 242ft² available.
