FHP Property Consultants now have just one unit remaining at Castlebridge Office Village following the latest letting to Graphisoft, a software company who specialises in BIM and CAD software for architects, interior designers and urban planners. This follows a string of lettings on the office park located on the fringe of Nottingham city centre amongst the amenities offered by Castle Marina Retail Park and regular bus routes into the city centre which is a short walk over the canal.

FHP Property Consultants have now welcomed a number of new tenants to the site including Sumo Digital, Specsavers, Avery Denison, Fat Free Media, Godwin Developments and Transform Trust over the course of the last 18 months.

The supply of office property in the city centre and the immediate city fringe has reduced drastically over the last 12 months with positive take up in 2017 and going into 2018 we anticipate the supply to squeeze further. It is up to landlords to present their buildings correctly in order to take advantage of this low supply and the rents that are now obtainable.”
